Due to the restrictions and mandates set forth by the State of Ohio and the National Physique Committee, you are required to attend this important meeting. A roll call will be taken to ensure all participants understand and agree to comply with all rules and mandates.
PRE-JUDGING AND FINALS
TICKET SALES: To accommodate a restricted number of spectators permitted in the venue, there will be TWO separate PRE-JUDGING and FINALS times. Tickets are $20 for pre-judging, per session. Finals tickets are $35, per session, and can be purchased at check-ins OR the day of the competition.
NO PRE-SALE TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE. TICKETS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. YOU WILL BE PERMITTED TO PURCHASE BOTH SESSIONS FOR PRE-JUDGING AND FINALS. Please understand that the ever changing landscape for dealing with the pandemic makes daily changes a real possibility and our seating capacity could change from day to day.

9:00 A.M.: ALL WOMEN’S DIVISIONS in the following order:

12:00 NOON: ALL MEN’S DIVISIONS in the following order:

FINALS
5:00 P.M.: ALL WOMEN’S DIVISIONS in the following order:

SPECTATOR RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All spectators are REQUIRED to wear masks while in the event venue
2. Temperatures will be taken prior to entry into the venue. Anyone who’s temperature is above 100.4 F will be denied entry and will be granted an immediate refund.
3. Seating will be set up for small groups and individuals and compliant with Social Distancing protocols set forth by the State of Ohio. Seats are not to be moved for any reason and failure to comply with these mandates could result in your removal from the venue for which a refund will NOT be given.
COMPETITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All competitors must be registered and checked in by 8:00 P.M. Friday September 25, 2020
2. Upon Arrival to the WARM-UP AREA, your temperature will be taken. Anyone who’s temperature is above 100.4 F will be denied the ability to compete. A refund will be granted to you within 7 days for all registration costs
3. While in the hotel, you are required to follow all rules for and mandates for the State of Ohio for mask wearing and Social Distancing.
4. Once in the WARM-UP AREA you are still required to wear your mask when applicable and asked to respect social distancing protocols when applicable as well.
5. AS OF TODAY. Masks will NOT be worn on stage. The State of Ohio mandate does state that those individuals participating in sports or exercise are not required to wear masks. As we all know, this is a sport and I challenge anyone to pose like we do over an extended period of time with a mask on
6. ON STAGE SOCIAL DISTANCING: Our expediters and officials will be diligent in placing you at a proper distance on stage. This will make for some changes in what you may be accustom to as a competitor, but, our goal is to keep you safe and still provide you with the opportunity to compete and be judged fairly and completely.
7. We ask that you engage in all the new standards for greetings and congratulatory actions on and off the stage to ensure everyone’s safety.
COMPETITOR PLEASE NOTE:
If the venue is filled to seating capacity, you will not be permitted into the venue as a spectator and you will be asked to meet friends and family in the Hotels common areas
TRAINERS PASSES:
Trainers passes are available at a cost of $100 and will provide you the opportunity to attend both pre-judging and finals sessions. However, you will be assigned a designated location to view the show based on seating capacity and availability.
NOTE: These passes are reserved for legitimate trainers or coaches. NO family members, friends, make-up artist or hair designers will be permitted.
